Q. How do I find the supplier I am looking for?

A. Search by State or Category. 

Q. How do I contact the supplier?

A. All the information is provided directly by the business or consultant, simply click on their website link or click on their email link

•If you're having trouble accessing a certain web site, ensure there isn't a problem with your Internet connection. Can you reach other web sites successfully?

•Does the same issue appear if you use a different device or Internet connection?

•Have you recently changed any settings or installed web browser plug-ins, firewall software, or other upgrades that might be causing trouble?

Q. How do I buy or book a service with the advertiser? 

A. Browse our site to view the wide variety of businesses listed. Once you have found the business that may be suitable, click on their website link or email link, or phone them direct if a phone number has been provided.
You deal directly with that business.  Go Direct Australia is not involved in any purchasing cycle or payment path what-so-ever. No income is derived from your purchase from that advertiser.

Q. Is there any cost or fee when contacting  a supplier or business?

A. This is a totally free service to the public.
•No Fees
•No subscription to the website required
•No special sign up or login requirements.

Q. When and how do I pay the suppliers?

A. Please ask the business/individual/organization direct. Go Direct Australia is not involved in any negotiations and is not responsible for the collection or refund of any fees on that business's behalf.

Go Direct Australia is interested in listing business's that conduct themselves in a professional manner and offer a quality service. Should you feel that the conduct or service has been sub-standard, please let us know as would consider this to be a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

FAQ's - for advertisers

Q. How do I list as an advertiser on Go Direct Australia's online directory?

A. Please go to "Advertise Now" page, read the information and click on the relevant boxes below

Q. How do I pay the advertising fee for options?

A. If there is a fee due, you will be directed to your PayPal account, if you don't have a PayPal account we will invoice you for payment via EFT. 

Q. How do I list under the Free 12 Month Trial ?

A. Go to our "Advertise Now" page, scroll down to the Green Ad/Box.  1 YEAR FREE  

Q. How do I update the content on my existing listing?

A. We update your page content. There is no fee. Content must be supplied in the following formats:

Content and File Specifications

Suppliers must email us. We do not accept content via normal mail.  When sending us your trademark or logo, please limit the total attachment size to 2 MB per email. Send multiple emails if listing more than one business name.

Content and files must be supplied to us in the following format and specifications:

• Business Description
 - in Microsoft Word or plain text format or sent in the body of the email
 - please do not use capitals in the entire word doc.

•Image / Trademark or Logo
 - one image in high resolution (i.e. 300 DPI), in jpg format. Overall image size no bigger than 1 MB

Q. Can I list more than one business in one form?  

A. No, suppliers must list each individual (different) business name separately. A new application form must be completed each time, this way we retain and confirm, identification and ownership for each listing. Some business names and domains are very similar, this will assist in the risk of double entries and incorrect business names listings.

Q. Can we buy advertising for our overseas offices?

A. Yes

Q. Will Go Direct Australia ever produce a printed version of this directory?

A. No. We are strictly online

Q. Does Go Direct Australia handle clients purchasing from the listed advertisers?

A. No. Go Direct Australia is not involved in anyway, ever. Is not responsible for any purchase or payment, collection or refund of any fees or financial/non-financial transactions at all.
